Add AddThis

AddThis is a simple little social bookmarking sharing button. Adding it to a page, lets users bookmark and share the page using several dozen popular social bookmarking sites. Stats on bookmarking activity are available on the AddThis site: http://www.addthis.com/

I added it using the AnyCode module.

  • Login in to the Joomla Admin Interface
  • Copy the existing module (since it was already installed -- see: http://wiki.alstevens.org/index.php?title=Install_AnyCode).
  • Rename it. e.g. to "Add This".
  • Login in to the AddThis site and select/create the button you want.
  • Copy the button code into the newly copied module.
  • Activate it and set its display location.
